Term and Condition

Welcome to The Brass, located at Jl. Prof. Moh. Yamin No.99X, Renon, Kec. Denpasar Timur. By using our restaurant and event music booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. General Terms 1.1. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. 1.2. The Brass reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Reservations 2.1. Reservations for dining or events can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at the restaurant. 2.2. A confirmation email or message will be sent once your reservation is confirmed. 2.3. Please arrive on time for your reservation. If you are running late, inform us as soon as possible. Reservations may be held for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled time.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows 3.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for dining reservations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. 3.2. No-shows or late cancellations may be charged a fee equivalent to the average meal cost per person for dining reservations or a predetermined fee for event bookings.

4. Event Bookings 4.1. Event bookings for private or public music events must be made at least two weeks in advance. 4.2. A deposit of 50% of the total event cost is required to secure the booking. 4.3. The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the event date. 4.4. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit may be forfeited depending on the notice period provided.

5. Conduct 5.1. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to other patrons and staff. 5.2. The Brass reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

6. Liability 6.1. The Brass is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property while on the premises. 6.2. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and The Brass does not accept liability for any lost or stolen items.

7. Payment 7.1. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. 7.2. Payment methods accepted include manual bank transfers for regular reservations and the Xendit payment gateway for event bookings. 7.3. Full payment is required at the time of service for dining or upon completion of an event.

8. Special Requests and Dietary Requirements 8.1. Please inform us of any special requests or dietary requirements at the time of booking. 8.2. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met.

9. Privacy Policy 9.1. Any personal information collected during the reservation or booking process will be used in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be viewed on our website. 9.2. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

10. Governing Law 10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. 10.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
