Refund Policy

At The Brass, we strive to provide the best possible service and experience for our customers. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. No Refund Policy 1.1. Payments made for dining reservations, event bookings, and other services at The Brass are non-refundable. 1.2. This policy applies to all payments, including deposits and full payments.

2. Reservation and Event Booking Adjustments 2.1. If you are unable to attend your reservation or event, you may reschedule for a later date, subject to availability. 2.2. Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance for dining reservations and at least 72 hours in advance for event bookings. 2.3. Rescheduled reservations and events must be within three months of the original booking date.

3. Exceptions 3.1. In exceptional circumstances, such as natural disasters or other events beyond our control, The Brass may offer a refund or alternative compensation at its discretion. 3.2. All exception requests must be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
